So, I got my 2box yesterday and was fully amped and ready to go when taking it out of the box.  First, a screw stripped the thread inside the bass bracket screw hole - in searching this forum, I found the fix to that.  Another problem arose, however.  My second tom (this is all right out of the box, no messing with settings or anything) plays a rim shot and the rim plays a tom sound - they are reversed.  I tried plugging it into different tom slots and it does the same thing.  Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it, short of sending it back to the American distributor?  Thanks!

Since you confirmed this is happening only on this tom and it is the same on multiple tom inputs ... it appears you have a tom with it's jack wired incorrectly. The wire that should go to the Tip of the jack is wired to the Ring of the jack and vice versa. With a new tom like that you will prolly want to return it. If it were me I would just desolder those 2 wires and solder them back to the proper terminals. But I solder nearly every day. J
I could tell you where to stick that piezo! :D ;)

Oddly enough, I switched out the cable and that seemed to do the trick...I don't know, they must have given me a bad cable because when I used it on the kick drum, it didn't do anything, so switching out the cables seemed to cure the problem
