Reduction of triggerstrengh

Hi everybody,

Got my module + DIY-pads running fine. Using mainly nice SD2.0 multi layersounds. Recently I bought 2 14" Cymbals. Unfortunately I got a realy hot signal even with light hits. Neg2 didn't make it better.

Developer once explained that a potentiometer inserted (45kOhm) can help to reduce the signalstrengh. But: in which way has i to set up? How need the Tip-Ring-Sleeve-thing to be modyfied?

Would someone be so nice to send a wiring diagram so my musicstore can build it?

Got anybody the same thing?
